We grow a variety of healthy and organic produce at the Buttercup Farms garden. From spring into early summer we grow lettuce, mixed greens, peas, root crops and some and some cole crops (i.e. broccoli, kale, cauliflower, kohlrabi, etc.)
Throughout the summer we grow tomatoes, peppers, squash, melons, root crops, basil, and beans.
We often grow lettuce, some mixed greens and cole crops through the winter.
In the end what we grow is based on the needs of our restaurant in Angels Camp and what our clients request.
